Damaged During Shipping:
In the event of damage during shipping, please send us photos of both the package and the damaged product to the following email address: commande@lemagasinsp.com immediately upon receiving the shipment.

Shipping or Inventory Errors:
Return shipping costs related to shipping or inventory errors will be covered by S&P.

Returns for Incorrect Orders:
Returns for incorrectly ordered products are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
