This gas kebab grill is designed for catering professionals wishing to prepare tasty meats on a spit such as shawarma, gyros or kebab. This vertical model offers even cooking thanks to its 4 infrared burners , while ensuring high performance in natural gas or liquid propane.

Its maximum capacity of 100 lb (45 kg) of meat is made possible by a 28" (71.1 cm) spit , and the adjustable distance between the burners and the meat allows for perfectly controlled cooking. The grill is powered by 120 V / 60 Hz , with a power of 38,000 BTU (natural gas) or 32,000 BTU (propane) .

The dimensions of 21" x 22.7" x 37" (53.3 x 57.6 x 93.9 cm) make it a space-saving piece of equipment, ideal for commercial kitchens. It comes with an LPG conversion kit , a ¾" NPT rear gas connection , and a continuous pilot ignition system .
