The TR110 pasta machine is designed for catering professionals, caterers or artisan manufacturers wishing to produce up to 28 kg of pasta per hour with great precision. Robust and efficient, it allows the production of short or long pasta, thanks to its integrated electronic cutting system and interchangeable dies .

The parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel or food-grade material, ensuring safety and hygiene. Its extrusion sleeve with cooling , the drying fan , as well as the sieve support bars facilitate a constant and professional performance.

Easy to disassemble and clean, the TR110 also features bidirectional rotation of the working parts for better kneading control. It comes with a trolley, liquid dispenser, refrigerated sleeve, sieve, and more.
